Mission Statement: Mental Health Association in Orange County, Inc. (MHA) seeks to promote the positive mental health and emotional well-being of Orange County residents, working towards reducing the stigma of mental illness, developmental disabilities, and providing support to victims of sexual assault and other crimes. In partnership with service recipients, families, volunteers and the community, MHA strives to fulfill its mission through culturally competent advocacy, direct services, public education, and responsiveness in times of community emergency.

CAPIS: Crisis Assessment, Prevention, and Intervention Services which provides emergency financial assistance, parent support groups, advocacy, educational seminars and more. For more information, please contact MHA at 845-342-2400.
ATM (Access to Money): This program provides fiscal assistance to those individuals with an IDD and their families that are not within a family budget. For more information, please contact Jonisha Carr at 845-342-2400 ext. 1235.
ASSIST: This group aids in acquiring social skills through intervention, support and training for those with an IDD or Autism diagnosis. For more information, please contact Jessica Markman at 845-342-2400 ext. 1254.
Super Siblings: This group provides social opportunities for those with siblings diagnosed with a developmental disability. For more information, please contact Jessica Markman at 845-342-2400 ext. 1254.

Autism Spectrum Fund: A reimbursement program that can be used to offset the cost of individual or other possible needs that arise in a family. For more information, please contact Jonisha Carr at 845-342-2400 ext. 1235.
AMOC - Autism Move a Thon of Orange County: This is a dedicated group of parents that raise awareness on Autism Spectrum Disorders.
